About the video: ‘Are our lives becoming more sustainable?’

The United Nations, through their Environment Programme (UNEP), publishes a periodic report on the state of the planet called the Global Environment Outlook. Last year’s report, GEO4, looked at steps made towards sustainability in the past two decades. While virtually all measures show that little progress has been achieved, the report reveals an overwhelming trend in innovation by businesses, entrepreneurs, citizens and policy-makers.
