About the video: ‘What is the truth about the nuclear industry?’

Hermann Scheer maintains that the reason the nuclear lobby exists today is that many pro-nuclear institutions are still in operation since having been set up in the 50s and 60s. There are no equivalent institutions representing the interests of renewable energy. This represents an advantage and helps perpetuate the myth that renewables cannot fully replace fossil or atomic energy.
