About the video: ‘What is the role of women in the 21st Century?’

Lynne Franks discusses the role of women in society and in the workplace. Women, she says, often have to adapt to a masculine work environment. The result is that many leave their jobs in their thirties, either to start their own businesses or have families. Progressive businesses are increasingly aware of this and are redesigning their physical and cultural environments to better integrate feminine principles and values. She ends by noting how women can help change the world for the better.
