Ray Anderson is chairman of Interface Inc, the world's largest manufacturer of modular carpet. He was appointed to Chairman of the President's Council on Sustainable Development in 1997 and was awarded the George and Cynthia Mitchell International Prize for Sustainable Development in 2001. He also appeared in the film The Corporation (2003) and is the author of Mid-Course Correction: Toward a Sustainable Enterprise: The Interface Model.
