Nuclear Physicist, Philosopher from Germany
Professor Hans-Peter Dürr is an internationally acclaimed nuclear physicist. He is the former Director of the Max-Planck Institute for Physics in Munich, Germany, and a founding member of the Global Challenges Network, promoting the responsible use of technology. He is also a council member of the Nobel Prize-winning Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs, which focuses on measures to promote peace.
