Political Consultant, Co-founder of National Values Center from United States
Dr. Beck is a leading global authority on political and societal change. He is a co-founder of the “National Values Center” in Texas, USA and is CEO of the Spiral Dynamics Group. Beck’s long career as a consultant has taken him to 10 Downing Street to advise Tony Blair’s Policy Unit, to the offices of former President Bill Clinton and to the World Bank to discuss the future of Afghanistan. Between 1982 and 1998 he made over 60 trips to South Africa, where he played a central role in the peaceful transition to democracy.
He’s co-author of “Spiral Dynamics: Mastering Values, Leadership, and Change” (1996).
