Bob McChesney is research professor at the Institute of Communications Research, Illinois and founder and President of Free Press. He is also host of the radio show 'Media Matters.' McChesney's books include Communication Revolution: Critical Junctures and the Future of Media (2007), and The Political Economy of Media: Enduring Issues, Emerging Dilemmas (2008).
