Journalist, Film Producer, Film Director, Media Activist from United States
Danny Schechter is an award-winning journalist, author, film producer and director. He is founder and Vice President of Globalvision and he executive-produced the series South Africa Now and co-produced Rights & Wrongs: Human Rights Television.
He is Executive Director of MediaChannel, based in New York City. He spent eight years at ABC News and has worked for CNN, public television and commercial radio.
