Tyler Moorehead
Executive Director
Tyler Moorehead is Founder and Executive Director of Big Picture Business Limited which uses advocacy techniques to engage organisations and media in environmental and social leadership, and owns Big Picture TV. With 20 years experience in digital and print publishing, including management roles at EMAP, Associated New Media and Ziff-Davis, Tyler is an expert in strategic media and communications and has provided Board level advisory to media organisations including Channel 4 and BBC Television. Since 2002, Tyler has been involved in environmental and social affairs, including five years as publisher of the Ecologist magazine; and media and advocacy for institutions including DEFRA, the World Bank, the Soil Association and the Global Legislators Organisation (GLOBE). Tyler has been an advocate for PLAN International's 'Because I'm a Girl' campaign since its inception and is a columnist for Natural Health Magazine on food-related issues. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (AIEMA) and is the representative for corporate adoption of the Cradle-to-Cradle environmental protocol in the UK.
Jeremy Smith

Jeremy Smith is a writer and producer specialising in environmental issues. As well as conducting the interviews for and editing Big Picture TV he is the founder and editor of www.ivili.org, a social network and website focusing on innovations and solutions in appropriate technology. He is also the co-author of Clean Breaks - 500 New Ways to See the World (Rough Guides), winner of Planeta.com's book of the year for 2009. Jeremy writes regular freelance articles, and his writing has appeared in The Times, The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Independent, Newsday and several magazines. Previously he was editor of the Ecologist magazine, for which he now blogs on issues around ecotourism and appropriate technology. He is an advisor to the charities GardenAfrica and Change for Climate Change.
Peter Eyres
Policy Director
Peter Eyres is an expert in transformational communications and institutional change. Peter has provided consultations to a wide range of organisations across the public, private and civil society sectors. Previously a partner in the GREEN Consultancy, his work has included the evaluation of accountability in Civil Society Organisations; behaviour change in local communities; benchmarking exercises for board level strategic planning, and communications and advocacy to organisations ranging from, General Electric, Kellogg's and ASDA to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the World Bank. Peter was part of the Economic policy and poverty reduction team for Save the Children UK in 2005 and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.
Lynda Thain
Associate Director
Lynda Thain is a developmental and performance coach who was one of the pioneers of interactive media in the UK. With more than 20 years' experience in marketing and training her expertise includes presentation effectiveness and use of digital media. Lynda has worked with a range of blue chip companies, including Coca-Cola, Waitrose and Orange, to apply digital and online media to communications. She has created interactive training tools and development programmes, as well as, bespoke training seminars. Lynda is a qualified NLP Business Practitioner with expertise in voice production and other aspects of individual performance. She works with both teams and individuals, having worked with senior executives across a variety of consumer and business sectors. Lynda is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Manufacture (FRSA), and a member of the British Voice Association (BVA) and the Musicians' Union. She completed image consultancy training in New York.
Isabella Nicoli
Project Coordinator
Isabella Nicoli is a marketing and communications professional specializing in online project development. An Italian national as well as an all-rounder, Isabella previously worked as account manager and sales executive at communications companies in Italy. She gained digital media experience on viral marketing campaigns for Italian consumer brands, and has handled PR as well as fundraising. Isabella begin working on campaign and charitable projects from a young age, including awareness raising campaigns for NGOs and event organizing for intercultural, education and youth projects.
